E-MAIS is concerned with the privacy of its members and users, adopting all necessary measures to protect their personal data.
This website is operated by E-MAIS – Movimento Associação dos Sistemas de Informação em Saúde, with headquarters in Morro do Lena – Alto do Vieiro, Apartado 4163, Leiria. E-MAIS also reserves the right to change and update its Privacy Policy at any time, in order to accommodate legislative changes.
 
Why the Privacy Policy
With this policy, users of both the website and the services provided by E-MAIS can learn about the general rules of privacy and processing of data collected, in strict compliance with Law No. 67/98, of October 26th and of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

This policy is applicable to any user of the website, regardless of whether they are a member or not.

The data will be used by the Association for the following purposes:
  • User registration as a member
  • Payment processing
  • Communication and email campaigns
E-MAIS also emphasizes that, at any time, the user may choose to cancel communication, receive email marketing campaigns, request the change or complete deletion of their personal data from the database. We also emphasize that, at no time, will data be provided to third parties for any type of contact not previously authorized.

How do I modify or delete my personal data?
With the entry into force of the new General Data Protection Regulation, the user becomes the complete holder of all their information. At any time you can request all your information, request changes to any data and request definitive deletion via email at socios@e-mais.pt.

Does the E-MAIS team use cookies on its website?
